We all have that voice in our head—the one that tells us we don’t deserve it. (There’s also the one that whispers we’re not good enough, but that’s a story for another blog.)
That voice might be louder or softer, and pop up in relation to different things, but we’ve all got it to a greater or lesser extent.
And most of the time that voice isn’t very helpful.
The answer isn’t to argue with it and justify why we do deserve it.
I think it's more useful to think about deserving like we think about sunshine. The sun doesn’t just shine on the people who deserve it. The sun shines on us all.
